Reserved online due to hurricane. After a change of plans and not being to drive that far from Tampa, I had to cancel. I was supposed to be charged for cancelling so I called in and spoke to a nice gentlemen who understood and promptly cancelled our reservation without charging us. Being that this was not my experience with another hotel (same day, same situation) and I was charged a hefty amount, I am very grateful and wanted to take my time to share, in case you are considering staying at this hotel. At least you will know your money is going to genuinely nice people. And they are pet friendly! I'm sure the actual hotel is very nice, as well. I will make this chain (maybe even same location) my 1st choice of where to stay when I do visit Mississippi. Kudos to the front desk person I spoke to. Very nice and understanding. Thanks!
This hotel was currently under renovation when I stayed but the hotel as a whole was never dirty, dusty or anything that would interrupt our stay.
The first morning continental breakfast was perfect. They had a wide assortment of food. Sausage Party, Turkey sausage patty, hot cinnamon rolls, cold cereal, hot oatmeal, and even pancakes.

This was a great hotel. Stayed here for two days recently while in town. Very helpful staff from the time we checked in until we checked out.
Nice, clean hotel. Friendly staff. Unlike a lot of places, it didn't seem like they were trying to get too deep into my bank account. There's also a burger joint and a convenience store right next door. I stopped there for a night passing through, but the area is beautiful, isolated, and the locals are friendly enough. There's not a lot of hotels in the area convenient to US 49, and I'd recommend this one.
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel! Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. And the snow was a plus! Merry Christmas to everyone and thank you!
If you are ever in the area I would highly recommend staying here. The hotel is near the town of Lucedale which is a really quiet small town that is fun to visit. This hotel is also easy to get to and back on to the highway if traveling.
