I have been with this store since 1981 when they built the first one in Leakesville Mississippi now we have one on Main Street in Lucedale on Frontage Road I have never had a problem with the store except for one of the managers recently but other than that the store is nice and I've always been able to purchase what I want right now my account is paid in full thank you Ellie
Their furniture is nice, its easy enough to get approved for credit, and the staff is friendly. BUT, be extremely careful when buying something that was pre-owned. I purchased a dining set they said had been returned within 10 days ($100 off), and less than a month later it's falling apart. The chairs and table were all missing important screws, it's so bad that one of my guests actually fell out of the chair because the remaining screws are cheap and had stripped. And there's nothing to be done about it because the pre-owned furniture is sold 'as is' and without a warranty. INSPECT BEFORE YOU BUY!!

We have been loyal customers for many years, After the last 2 warranty issues we had 1 for an Dinning room set falling apart, called and wanted us to bring the item back for repairs, warranty not worth the paper it's written on. Gave them another chance and purchased a living room set and fell apart within the first year and not from abuse, sent emails to corporate office without any replys...so I will no longer use this company...we have spent a lot money at this store but it looks like customers are not valued..so long.
